Job Overview:

As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, turning raw materials into works of art with the help of our state-of-the-art CNC machines. Duties and responsibilities
– Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications, ensuring optimum performance and quality production.
– Interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
– Plan, program, and machine complex parts in a variety of materials ranging from soft plastics to super alloys.
– Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
– Utilize MasterCAM to produce effective toolpaths and cutting strategies.
– Understand and deploy proper feeds/speeds for materials.
– Accurately perform in-process inspections while machining parts.
– Coordinate with other machinists on multi operation parts.
– Track actions by completing production and quality documentation.
– Develop and maintain tooling.
– Work safely and comply with all established safety rules and work practices.
Qualifications
– Experience: Minimum 5 years CNC machining and programing experience with a 2 year or equivalent Machining/CNC Technology degree or certificate.
– Experience in measuring GD&T
– Experience with Haas machines preferred.
– Strong understanding of G&M codes.
Working conditions
The Proto Technologies machine shop is in Liberty Lake WA. The applicant can expect to work 3 or 4 days a week depending on the shift with the opportunity for occasional overtime. Manual lifting and pushing of 50 LBS will be required occasionally.

Job purpose
The Quality Control Technician is integral to our manufacturing facility. The QC Tech will ensure all products meet customer requirements and maintain AS9100D standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Complete inspection planning.
2. Complete first article inspections in accordance with AS9102
3. Facilitate new product integration in the production environment
4. Facilitate product verification activities in the production environment
5. Complete inspection reports
6. Perform first part, in-process, and final inspection operations
7. Facilitate calibration of inspection equipment
8. Facilitate root cause corrective action activities.
9. Accurately complete manufacturing and inspection documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Skilled in Microsoft office suite
2. Competent in the dimensional inspection of detail parts and assemblies
3. Understanding the application of GD&T
4. Detail oriented
5. Effective communication, both written and verbally
6. Cooperativeness – ability to work well with others
7. Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Qualifications

Job Introduction
Proto Technologies, Inc., a nationwide manufacturer specializing in CNC Machined, Cast Urethane, 3D Printing, and Thermoformed parts, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quoting Specialist. This role combines customer-facing quoting responsibilities with technical estimating support. The ideal candidate is to be comfortable reviewing customer drawings/models, coordinating with internal technical staff, and preparing accurate, timely quotes within an AS9100D and ITAR-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the communication channels and promptly process incoming quote requests.
- Review customer drawings, models, and RFQ details to determine project scope and needed inputs.
- Stage, process, and manage quotes within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
- Work directly with internal teams to collect labor estimates, technical information, and lead-time data.
- Assist with interpretation of drawings and manufacturing requirements; escalate complex technical issues as needed.
- Request material, outside processing, and special process quotes from approved suppliers.
- Prepare and submit complete, professional quotes to customers.
- Track quote status, perform quote follow-ups, and contribute to win/loss analysis reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Working conditions:
- Work in office conditions combined with interactions with employees in the production areas of the shop.
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour DOE
Schedule

Job Summary
The IT Administrator is responsible for the architecture, configuration, operation, and security of Proto Technologies’ IT infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability, integrity, and security of our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong experience in Microsoft 365, network management, server administration, and a working knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks relevant to the defense industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Management: Design, configure, and maintain the company’s LAN, including firewalls, switches, and access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
- Server Administration: Manage and maintain on-premise and virtual server environments. Perform regular backups, implement disaster recovery plans, and apply necessary patches and updates.
- IT Security: Implement and manage security policies and controls to protect company data and infrastructure. Administer security tools like Microsoft Defender and Purview. Monitor for security threats, manage incident response, and ensure systems are hardened against attacks.
- Systems Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including managing Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, Intune for mobile device management (MDM), and SharePoint.
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective helpdesk support to all employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of hardware and software. Manage software licensing and compliance.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support the company’s compliance efforts with CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171r2. Assist in preparing for audits, implementing required controls, and providing security awareness training to staff.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on system health, security status, and project progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively research and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency, security, and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 admin portal, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange, Defender, and Purview.
- Proficiency in managing LAN environments, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Solid experience with both on-premise (e.g., Windows Server) and virtual (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) server environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
