Whether you need 1, 2 or 1000 parts made, we can work with you to be a turnkey resource for all your low volume production needs. Send us your files and requirements and we will work to put together a production plan which meets your production deadlines.
Molding & Casting:
Urethane, Silicone, Foam and Epoxy parts cast in custom molds and expertly finished. See Molding & Casting page for more information.
CNC Machined Parts:
Our machine shop is geared towards low volume production and we specialize in high precision, complex parts in any commercially available material. See CNC Machining page for more information
FDM Parts:
Production grade ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate and ULTEM “printed” parts can be used as production parts. See Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) page for more information.
Vacuum Thermoforming:
With 3D printed or machined molds, vacuum thermoformed parts can be made quickly for prototypes or low volume production. See Thermoforming page for more information.
3D Printed MUD Mold Insert:
3D printed core and cavity used in MUD (Master Unit Die) frame for short run or prototype injection molded parts. This process is ideal for fast-turn, single-pull parts that fit within the 5″ x 7″ MUD base envelope size. Most commonly available injection molding materials can be used with a 3D printed mold and first parts can usually be made within 1-2 weeks.
Aluminum MUD Mold Insert:
For parts that fit within the 5″ x 7″ MUD (Master Unit Die) base envelope size, aluminum mold inserts are a cost effective option to produce high quality injection molded plastic parts. First Parts can usually be made within 3-4 weeks.
Aluminum Molds:
Aluminum molds can provide you with quick turnaround times, fast cycles, lower costs, and high quality injection molded plastic parts. Molds are precisely machined to provide you with the highest quality parts for the life of your mold. First Parts can usually be made within 3-4 weeks.
Quickcast Patterns:
QuickCast technology creates investment casting patterns built directly on the SLA from epoxy resins leaving a pattern which is 80% hollow. Quickcast patterns can provide foundries with very high yield mold (more than 95%), and parts whose accuracy exceed all industry standards. Quickcast materials provide clean burn outs with minimal ash residue, excellent dimensional stability with tight tolerances, and superior pattern strength and durability.
Investment Casting Patterns:
Other options for investment casting patterns include 3D printed parts and wax parts cast in silicone molds for lost-wax casting.
Sand Casting Patterns:
Multiple process options are available make sand casting patterns that meet your application’s specific requirements.
