NOW HIRING – Model Shop Painter –
Are you someone with an excellent attention to detail and a commitment to see things through to the end to make sure everything is done right? Our painters get to test their skills, implementing new skills all while working with some of the most innovative prototypes and parts available.
What are we looking for?
This job position requires a high level of quality and commitment to finished products and equipment. It requires knowledge and skills in the following: preparation before painting, surface quality requirements, knowledge of a variety of part types (metals & plastics), masking, working with different finishing materials/mediums to produce required surface finishes (smooth and textures) and scheduling work to meet due dates. This position also is required to monitor inventory levels of all products used in the paint shop and keep appropriate records. Maintenance of equipment and of the paint shop are critical for quality purposes, everything must be kept clean on a daily basis; floors, booth, filters, airbrush and pots. Painter must understand; the use of conventional spray guns, airbrush and pots, the difference in paint finishes, textures and drying times.
NOW HIRING – MOLD MAKER –

What are we looking for?
This job position requires all of the functions of a part finishing technician, plus all aspects of setting up a master to produce a silicone rubber mold for reproduction of urethane or silicone parts. These functions include taking responsibility for Q.C. of master, having all details, gloss or texture, engineering mold and removable inserts to achieve a quality part the client expects. The building of mold boxes, clay work to establish part lines, determining vents and sprue, mixing and pouring RTV rubbers, all must be mastered to be a competent mold maker that can produce any client requested part. The successful candidate will be someone with a high level of quality and commitment to finished products and equipment. It requires both knowledge and skills in site and part preparation, surface quality requirements, knowledge of a variety of part types (metals & plastics), masking, working with different finishing materials/mediums to produce required surface finishes (smooth and textures) and scheduling work to meet deadlines.

NOW HIRING – CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST-
If you have the skills to program using SurfCAM or MasterCAM/run CNC machine tools and are looking for an opportunity to show what you can do, this may be just the position you have been looking for. We are a growing and dynamic prototype machine shop. We specialize in the tough parts and challenging materials. Our customers come to us because they know we deliver a quality product, when they need it. To continue to meet a growing business need, we are looking to add a talented CNC Programmer/Machinist to our team.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate needs to be skilled, motivated, dependable, a creative problem solver someone who can work independently. Our prototyping business requires 5+ years experience in CNC programming SurfCAM/MasterCAM and machining complex parts in all materials (metals and plastics). 2D and 3D surfaces. As a Member of our machine shop team, you will own all aspects of a job, from CAD file management to fixture development, CNC programming, set-up and machine operations – culminating in measurement/inspection of the completed part. SurfCAM or MasterCAM experience is required, as well as proven experience with all typical machine shop support equipment.

What are we looking for?
This job position requires quality control (QC) of all manufactured products; cleaning of RP tray and parts, using the ultraviolet hand held light curing process to fill voids and join 3D printed parts together. Hand sanding and or sandblasting of 3D printed or cast parts, deflashing cast urethane parts, bondo repair of voids and cosmetic blemishes, spraying primer on parts being finished, sanding and finishing parts to any required finish, performing secondary operations on cast parts, drilling holes and or installing inserts and other jobs as requested.
You must be detailed oriented with a great work ethic and artistic talent.
Tools and equipment used in direct correlation with this position include, but not limited to, sandpaper, files, hand held dremel, drill press, sandblasters, dial and vernier calipers, belt sanders, disc sanders and spray paint.
